Addenda to non-disclosure contracts
Taking into account that the aim is to ensure security and soundness in projects or ideas, it os not advisable to make an addendum to a signed non-disclosure agreement. However, if under normal circumstances, you cannot freely make an addendum to already finalized and signed non-disclosure contracts, such a prohibition, however, can be overcome if, as is the case of the Red Horse-NDA, the non-disclosure agreement template provides for a clause that enables that addendum.
In these situations, the addendum is normally written resulting from a mutual agreement, i.e., it must be approved by the other party. Again, this requirement is understood within the scope of legal and commercial security.
